Was this Knife built by Puma itself or was ist built by Wilh. Weltersbach for Puma?

Claus, I thought I had heard they were made by Bonsa (Bontgen & Sabin), but I could be wrong (I have been before, just ask my wife!). From what I have been told that they were only made for a very short time and I only know of a handful that are real (some jerk in the US made fake ones that are easy to spot).
