Good evening, gentlemen.
I’m pleased to present to you a Boker's Cutlery Germany pen knife. Reference books tell us that this mark was used by the manufacturer from 1891 to 1944. The blades are, of course, made of carbon steel, and the scales are most likely cocobolo or ebony wood. The main blade has a half-stop, the small blade works a little worse due to cracks on the scales. Enjoy.

And yes, I really like the French long groove for nail grip
