Wir planieren Klappmesser Herstellung, Ich habe gutes Feedback aus Usa in Uk bekommt, und interresiere mcih für was man in Deutschland/Österreich meinst

That sounds and looks good!

Would it be possible to have thumbnail-openig blades as well?

Will there be the same range of blade and handle materials awailable as for the fixed EnZo kits (D2, O2, Flat grind, Scandi grind to zero, ...)?

And lsat but not least: Would it be possible to produce the kit in a left-handed version? I got some probles with liner-locks, not with all but some. And before I try to make one myself I'd like to be sure, that I'll be able to enjoy using it.

Ich finde die Messer auch sehr schön und fände es ebenfalls klasse, wenn es Modelle ohne Einhandöffenmechanismus geben würde. (Einfach den Thumbstud weglassen)

Moin, Moin, sehr hübsch, keine Frage. Sowohl Holz wie auch Carbon, aber vergesst mir die Linkshänder nicht, Clip und Liner für Lefties und dann noch der " deutsche " Nagelhieb, perfekt !

Beorn: As everyone can see English works better for me.
I can not give an answer to the possibility with thumbnail for the moment. I need to concentrate on the basic folder.

There will likely be
two grinds: scandi zero and a flat.
two steels: 440 C and damasteel

a wide range of material options for the scales.
Left handed? Isn´t this one left handed as well?

As a left-handed version I thought about the liner of the lock working from the other side as it does on most folders with a liner-lock I know.

If You have a Victorinox with black scales and a locking blade, they are made for left-handed persons, despite the fact, that the developer(s) surely didn't think of this reason to do.

The thumbnail suggestions come from the law situation in Germany ("Politik&Recht" in this forum). Then there should be also a thumbnail on each side of the blade (Fällkniven does this, if I remember right). If You want it summariced (the German law thing), I'm sure there'll be some people here to explain it in English or write to me via mail, then I'll try to explain it to You.

knife looks cool. i´d like to know if the flat ground version will have a flat grind from bottom to top all the way up. if YES, i´m in love with the knife.
the B-ending would be better, in my humble opinion...

I have not yet thought about how high the flat is to go. All the way up, yes why not? I will make some drawings on this later to get in feedback. I am asking questions because a folder is expensive to make.
We need ta make tools for stamping, and once they are made we can not change anything. So if something can be improved I am glad to know before tools are ready.

Ich denke es nicht so bemerkbar ist, mann kan ja sagen ein Clip viel mehr bemerkbar ist. Wir werden jedenfalls verschiedene Schalen herstellen.

I understand that a thumbnail requires additional tooling.
Is it possible (and comfortable) to open the blade with two hands without the thumbnail?
Is it easy to remove the thumbstud?

Would be a very nice daily use knife either without the thumb stud or without the stupid german law...
