Hoffe es ist ok mit Englisch.

This a new model. Is designed to give many options for the handle construction.
- You can cut the tang easily.
- You can make a tang through knife, and rivet the soft end.
- You can use the brass nuts (two different), to give either a solid brass ring or a brass with an iron circle in the middle.
- If you want a perfect bolster fit, file down the threads (soft iron) from side. ( see photo above). The blade has flat shoulders.
- The tang is is 0.2 mm thinner than the blade. You see a distinct line.
(- You can likely bend the end tang to fit your handle design. I am not 100 % sure about this yet.)
A tang through construction is in my opinion the best. You can be sure it holds the parts together, also after a long time, and it looks like a completed knife.
3.5x24x95 mm
Total: 220 mm
Thinnered and thread tang, including a brass nut
Carbonsteel: O1
Grind: Scandi zero
Die Klinge sind bei mir, und im kurz bei Nordisches Handwerk in Lübeck verfügbar.
Vielen Dank
Dennis
