Hi,
I don't know if anyone uses garden knives these days for grafting, pruning, or rose cutting. Both knives are very well made and durable. Carbon steel. The Hugo Koller tang stamp has some symbols not found on other knives, as well as engraved dimensions on the blade. I don't know the manufacturer, Jul. Berger from Kronenbеrg. Perhaps he's still around today and makes garden tools. Enjoy.

Hi @Arie Leib , Gardening knives are a other and very special topic. Actually I use some in my garden but no pruners just to cut twigs, shrubs, grasses. I enjoy it much more than using motor devices, when ever it’s possible.

Berger still exists…

It's all because you're a true knife lover. You try to use them wherever possible. I'm the same way. To use my knives more often, I make my family eat more fruits and nuts 😁 Especially pomegranates, chestnuts, and unopened pistachios.
