11:00-13:00. Round table: European Association in favour of the origin brand Made In. Approach on the creation of an European Federation of Cutlery. There will take part diverse representatives of European Associations of Cutlery
13:00-15:30. Lunch in the facilities of the Conference Hall for all the participants.
16:00-17:00. Framework speach: UCLM. Brands.
17:00-19:00. Round table. Policies and strategies for the protection of the brand in the Economic European Comunity.
On Saturday, 15th
10:00-11:00. Framework Speach: Spanish Razor. Mr, José Expósito.
11:00-12:00. Redding and signature of manifest.
12:00-12:30. Closing of the Congress.
12:30-13:00. Inauguration of the I Knife Show Albacete 2010. Visit of Authorities and Mass Media.
18:00. Departure from the Conference Hall to carry out a visit to the Cutlery Museum and walk around the City Center.
19:30. Closing of the Knife Show.
On Sunday, 16th
10:00. Opening of the Knife Show Albacete 2010.
11:30-13:30. Workshops opened to the public.
14:00. Closure of the Knife Show Albacete 2010.
