Hallo Rony,

zunächst mal willkommen im Forum.
Deine Messer scheinen solide Gebrauchsmesser zu sein.
Bei dem einen oder anderen Stück wäre für meinen Geschmack noch an der Oberfläche etwas Feinarbeit nötig, aber für den Anfang sind die Stücke o.k.

Sind für alles und die Materialien sind starke deutsche, die möglichst in Maschinen
Ich liebe die Verwendung 52100 Stahl oder O1 sind reichlich vorhanden, wie in meiner Provinz und ihre Eigenschaften wissen, technisch sehr tabem Verwendung der 1030 aus dem gleichen Grund ...
Hier werden die Stahl-Serie 440 sind ungewöhnlich, vor allem 440c finden.....
