Don't have a sheath yet. I can't tell much about this knife, because I have couple of days. But I' do some testing till the end of next week.

3° test: To penetrate the Nexus within the usual cabinet in steel of the thickness of 1-1,5mm, this test e' be fatal for the tip of the Boker Applegate while for the Nexus and the state easiest to penetrate without to endure some damage, the blows ' have been 2, first e' penetrated of the single ones 3 cm approximately because I have not given sufficient push to the knife while according to entered blow e' until the handle then in order making the photo I have pulled it behind until half approximately.

The knife seemed to have endured numerous scratches on the surface that in truth are reveal to you to be residual of the varnish of the cabinet.

4° test: I have broken of tiles and a block with the back of the knife, without impediments I have beaten and I milled some blocks, also it seems enough marked here but with one cleaned up as we will see e' returned new!

5° test: An other branch to chop, this time a branch of greater dimensions, in spite of the tests endured ransom still much good!

6° test: knife cleaned up from the returned soil practically new and tries of cut of the 0.25 inch rope with the tip of the knife that had previously penetrated the steel cabinet that therefore could have still given some trouble if not in one be good ... the rope be cut easy.

Previosly I used Minolta x20, now I have Pentax Optio 750z.
Very good camera in a compact and stylish housing.
Great macro.
Movable lcd gives good comfort while photgraphing knives.
And of course a tripod, it is way more important than a good camera.
