Hello, gentlemen
This is also my first knife from this manufacturer, Rich A. Herder. The knife is in excellent condition, with carbon blades, rich clicks, and taut springs. This knife has a history. I bought it from a guy who found it in a dugout in the woods when he was a kid in 1973. Besides the knife, the dugout contained mines, a machine gun, and ammunition. The boys took it all home and hid it. It turns out that this knife lay in the dugout for about 30 years, and then at this guy’s house for another 50 years! Therefore, this knife was made at the latest in 1940-1941. I would be glad if you could help confirm the age of this veteran and the seller's story. Enjoy!
