Also Sohnemann Stwart schreibt:
1994 – Cripple Creek barlows and Hunters begin to appear. Last shipment of Japanese knives arrives, Trailguide introduced, BK and T Magnum Camp Knife, Pal.

--- The Becker line was produced by Blackjack after a purchase of the failing company by Blackjack around 1993. It was such a bargain that the shareholders could hardly pass it up. Much to the dismay of Blackjack, however, the tooling for the handles was REALLY bad, creating warped handles that hardly fit the blades. The MACHAX, Campanion and Warrior were also VERY poor sellers. However, Mike Stewart designed the Brute and I forget who designed the Magnum Camp Knife (Fisk, I believe) and the sales of those two knives were respectable. Camillus now owns BK&T but I think gives little (or no) credit to my dad for the design of the Brute. I think that with the increased $ given to prdouction to the line by Camillus, however, the line has been refined a little.

Und ein Unbekannter traf Herrn Fisk 2001
--- I met Jerry Fisk at a hammer in last weekend and got to chat with him about the magnum camp which he designed. I asked him what the closest steel would be to the becker line for comparison, and he replied 52100 which ain't bad at all. My own experience is that the becker line takes and holds a great edge and it has an excellent bite. Jerry showed me his personal magnum camp in which he reprofiled the edge to a nice convex grind on both sides. ... Jerry also stated that his Magnum Camp's ability to hold an edge is only surpassed by a handful of other knives he uses. This is pretty amazing praise for a Mastersmith and National Living Treasure.

Ansonsten ist Dunkelheit! ;)
