Hello, I checked through some data sources but couldn‘t find any information about that brandname either. „Implementos Agricolas SA“ is an argentine company I assume. In my opinion those knives were solely made for export and „cefeliseo“ was the brand of the trader. „Inoxidable“ indicates export, too.
This kind of knives with inlayed wire for promotion were typically for a few Solingen manufakturer, often to find from Heinrich Kaufmann & Söhne KG (Mercator), who exported a lot. Not sure, but could be the manufacturer of your knife.
