Mysterious tang stamps

I ask you to help me identify several stamps. Apparently they are of German manufacture. I will be glad to know your opinion and guesses. The photos were not taken by me. Thank you

However, it is still interesting to learn about the first knife with the inscription «stahl» and a six-pointed star.

The second mystery might be solved as well, but there's no guarantee

F.W. (that's Friedrich Wilhelm) Backhaus used a star as a brand as well as a logo (see Carter, p. 83). The "Star"-brand was registered in 1854 and re-registered in 1875.

Thanks for the tip, dear Kaiman.
I found a Friedrich Wilhelm Backhaus stamp. It shows a boy riding a stork or heron. I guess the six-pointed star stamp was used by them before or under another brand. Thanks for the feedback.
