Aloha Revierler!!!

Thanks for the welcome! I am grateful to Robbie Roberson for showing me directions on how to get here! :lach:

I am doing okay, just a bit overworked in "Hell", and somewhat nervous with my initial entry into the Knife industry... :D

Thank you for your kind words and welcome!

God bless :super:

Just wondering...

Aloha ALL,

Does Mr. Felix ever stop by like Sal does over at his Forum?

Just curious.

God bless and mahalo,
Chad :super:

I guess you are talking about Mr. Felix-Dalichow.

Indeed he runs his own Subforum (Böker-Forum), in which you are posting actually. :p

Normally he is Mod of this Forum, but from time to time, some other Böker Team members seem to do his job when he is too busy.

Mahalo Beagleboy,

That's great news! I have yet to thank the owner of Boker for such a great opportunity. :super:

Thanks again my friend,
God bless :super:

Smoky Mountain knife works does not have them in yet, so I guess I'll just have to wait a while to get one of these........ :(

I don't mind waiting for it, as long as it's not much longer than a day or two.............

Aloha Robbie,

Yeah...I don't think anyone but Boker has 'em in stock. I know there are vendors advertising it, saw two on ****...but that's about it  ...maybe they are waiting to start the New Year with them?

Anyway, thanks again for your support Mr. Roberson...and to ALL here, I appreciate the warm welcome, and have a safe and very God blessed Happy Holidays!

God bless :super:
Chad ;)

Aloha Moonknight,

Neat avatar! Well, the SUBCOM Folder has been receiving some favorable feedback thus far. In all honesty, I am quite surprised! :staun:

IF you do order one, please let us know what you think of it...all things considered, Boker's Magnum factory did a pretty good job on it. I have been carrying one since the production models came out and it has been nothing but impressive. I am not a fan of 420J2, yet the SF (SUBCOM Folder) has performed admirably. I will attribute this to the blade being 2mm thin...which keeps it like a laser! :super:

I thought for sure I would have to resharpen after breaking down post Christmas boxes AND whittling the bark off a seasoned Guava stick...all I did was strop it on a cardboard box and that was it! It's still cutting :staun: !

God bless and thank you for your support!

Beagleboy Teststudio hat zugeschlagen...

And as promised, you´ll find my test about the Subcom-Folder HERE

@ Daywalker:
For I think German might not be your preferred language to read, we can have a little chat about my test via mail these days, if you want.

All I want to say right now is: congratulations to your great little knife!

Mahalo beagleboy!

Thank you my friend, and yes, I already emailed you! The Babel Fish did no justice to your review. :lechz:

Mahalo for your time, great pics, and I hope the SF was "worth it". :super:

God bless and thanks Robbie for the heads up! :super:

Aloha again Daywalker

bought my SUBCOM today directly at the manufacture in Solingen.
Really once something else, I am inspired.
Small and finely.
I am glad that Boeker used AUS8 steel for this knife.
Now I wait for the fixed version. :super:

Aloha Daywalker

that was the information from Boeker that they change 440 to AUS8.
On the knife are no markings or charakteristics about the used steel variation, i must belive what the staff from Boeker told me.
